CHELSEA LEIFKEN lights up the world with her smile, and when she walks in a room or sits in her car eating car snacks on her Instagram stories, her megawatt smile shines and you’re hooked.  This is why her brand is so powerful – she authentically and unabashedly is herself and her community loooooves it. 

Like most creative entrepreneurs these days, Chelsea is not just one thing.  She’s an artist, creative director and motivational speaker…she creates to inspire.  Her work promotes self-love, authenticity and unfiltered happiness.

Along with her own namesake collection, she collaborates with conscious brands to spread her message of love and light to the masses…and she’s taking her brand global.  

Don’t try putting this girl in a box because she is blazing her own trail, and having the opportunity to work with her while she clarified her mission, her vision, her big picture purpose and how to translate all of that into her everyday reality and revenue-generating business was more than a pleasure.  It was an absolute delight!

I’m going to let Chelsea tell you in her own words what propelled her to work with me in my 8 week brand strategy program, the biggest value she received, how she’s implemented her newfound brand strategy and what she’s excited about for her brand’s future.

WHY WORK ON YOUR BRAND STRATEGY?

CL: I was finding such trouble explaining to others what it is that I do. I didn’t know what title to give myself, what series to offer as a creative and what structure I needed to showcase myself as a brand. 

WHAT WAS MOST VALUABLE ABOUT CLARIFYING YOUR BRAND STRATEGY?

CL: Hilary took absolutely everything I am and everything I have created and not only structured it all to make sense — but she explained and mapped out how I could implement a roadmap to grow from a small business to a global brand. A goal of mine that I wasn’t sure how to implement. Hilary saw my vision, added to it and broke it down. 

OF ALL THE BRANDING ELEMENTS…WHICH DO YOU USE MOST?

CL: I apply ALL of them on a daily basis. We created my manifesto which is a clear guide to what I want to share as a brand. My key words keep my brand image cohesive and compelling. My brand tagline [ CREATING ALL THINGS BEAUTIFUL ] makes it very easy to identify work opportunities. The [must have] for moving forward for me was the products and services. Hilary gave me so many ideas on how to monetize myself and my brand. Everything has become so seamless. She explained the foundation is there - she showed me how to build a massive message with global scalability.

CL: This is my FAVORITE part. Having a namesake brand I had to narrow down my 6789 categories of the things I was sharing on the day to day. This manifesto keeps me on track for my posts, makes sure the companies I collaborate with are aligned, and keeps the content I create for my ideal audience right on track.

CL: Scaling - reaching more beautiful souls. Creating more magic - making more people smile. Traveling — GLOBAL BABY.

IMPLEMENTING YOUR CLEAR & COHESIVE BRAND

CL: As an artist, I had the mood board down. I knew how to visually make everything appeal — yet Hilary knew how to have it all make sense. My media kit now has the correct information for the opportunities I want to create, my website showcases my talents and personality, my products and services reach my target audience and ideal corporate clients, and it’s now IMMEDIATELY clear what opportunities are a fit for my brand and which aren’t.

SHARE SOME RESULTS SINCE REFINING YOUR BRAND

CL: I have attracted one of my TOP IDEAL CLIENTS to design for. [cough, cough, Lululemon.] I was approached for a creative opportunities and am now leveraging that to offer more of my services. I am completely clear on who I am, where I am going, and what I want to do and what I have to OFFER!

WHAT DO YOU WANT OTHERS TO KNOW ABOUT WORKING WITH HILARY?

CL: Hilary is one of the first people in my life who has helped me stand in my worth as a creative. Hilary also kept my values and feelings in mind. I’m an artist, I am my brand and I’m sensitive about my sh*t. She held my hand as I ugly cried multiple times about my bigger goals and then she pushed me to level up as a voice and a brand. She is a compassionate badass who gave me the power to make money moves. She made me step up and meet my own standards. She took my big picture and doubled it and showed me how to get there.

WHAT’S NEXT FROM THE CHELSEA LEIFKEN BRAND?
